We train to ground with the earth, remembering our primal soles with a practice of Recovery, that Restores us to the craft and cultivation of “making story.”
The training shared is not on how to write the story, or how to tell the story. It is about how to use movement and form and “make sense” of our story.
The story contains three fundamental methods: gathering, storing and releasing.
Body gestures speak louder than words. In the Earth Gym practices we learn to ground with the largest sensory organ of the body: the muscle.
We get a grip on movement and the moment. We use natural simple earth tools to help us in grounding into awakening our primal, practical, and playful soles.
The Earth Gym Training Quest Trains in three fields, and each one of these practices cuts a path back into reconnecting the body-mind and the earth.
